Outpatient Assessment, Counseling and DWI Support
At the Creedmoor location, Life Changes offers DWI/DUI substance abuse assessments, Alcohol and Drug Education programming and structured counseling support designed to help individuals understand patterns of use, meet legal or DMV requirements, and build healthier coping skills. These services are tailored to fit around work, family, and community roles.
Employee Assistance and Behavioral Health Support
Life Changes also functions as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), connecting people and their families with confidential counseling when substance use, emotional stress, financial strain or life challenges begin affecting wellbeing or job performance.
