Cenikor Foundation – Houston

Cenikor Foundation offers a comprehensive welfare service that aims to provide better behavioral healthcare services to the adult and adolescent community of the area. They aim to follow the values of education, work, health, faith, wellness, accountability, and respect. They offer detox program for those adult clients that need stabilization of their withdrawal symptoms due to their acute addiction issues. Adult short-term and long-term recovery service are available to the clients; it offers interdisciplinary counselling for substance abuse disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. For mild addiction issues and mental health disorders, Cenikor also offers an outpatient counselling service that provides on-site counselling to the clients for their issues. Adolescent individuals of age thirteen to seventeen are also offered recovery treatment that is specialized to suit their needs through the Adolescent Treatment Services. Clients that have severe mental health and substance abuse disorder can also find prevention services that give these clients opportunities to learn about and connect with other clients with similar issues.
