Project Hope Arkansas is a faith-based residential recovery program for men in Russellville, Arkansas, offering a 12 to 15 month inpatient program for those struggling with addiction and life-controlling issues. The center is part of the Project Hope Recovery Center network, which also has locations in Texas and Florida.
A Christ-Centered Residential Recovery Program in the Arkansas Ozarks
Project Hope Arkansas is situated on nine acres in Pope County, in the Ozark Mountain region of central Arkansas. The campus is a 4,000 square foot residential facility with capacity for up to 40 students, and places equal emphasis on rehabilitation and spiritual transformation. The program’s approach is built around mentoring, education, case management, and discipleship, guided by the organization’s core values of radical grace, integrity, innovation, and optimism. In addition to the standard residential program, select openings are available for an internship program upon graduation. The Arkansas center is led by Executive Director Billy Jasen, a program graduate who came up through Project Hope Texas before relocating to Russellville to serve on staff and eventually take on the director role in 2022.
Program Structure and Leadership
Project Hope Arkansas serves men 18 and older through a 12 to 15 month residential stay. The program is overseen at the organizational level by CEO Don Nordin and COO Michael Vecchio, who is himself a program graduate. Physical fitness is part of the daily routine. Executive Director Billy Jasen teaches fitness classes with students three days a week.
