They offer a stress-free alternative to their recovery program, which aims to support the client as recovery and build their own goals and sober experiences. Their counselling is adjusted to help with drug addiction and all its underlying causes such as other compulsive behaviours, grief and loss, pain and anxiety, communication, and stress reduction. They use a mix of mindfulness exercises and stress reduction techniques throughout the individual and group counselling sessions for the sober development and support of the client’s health.
