Renaissance Refuge operates an outpatient office in Boise, Idaho, serving women across the Treasure Valley, including Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, and surrounding communities. The location is the women’s division of Renaissance Ranch and provides gospel-centered, evidence-based addiction recovery care for adult women. Renaissance Refuge treats addiction to alcohol, opioids, methamphetamine, cocaine, benzodiazepines, and prescription drugs, with a treatment model that also addresses co-occurring trauma, anxiety, and depression. The Boise office accepts most major insurance and Medicaid.
Intensive Outpatient Programming in the Treasure Valley
The Boise location delivers intensive outpatient care for women who are balancing recovery with work and family responsibilities. The program includes individual and group therapy sessions scheduled to accommodate work hours, along with relapse prevention support, life-skills development, family services, and aftercare planning. Faith-integrated 12-step programming is part of the curriculum but participation is not mandatory. Women often step down to the Boise outpatient office after completing residential treatment at Renaissance Refuge’s nearby Middleton ranch or its Heyburn campus, though the IOP is also available as a direct entry point for women whose circumstances call for outpatient-level care.
Connection to Residential and Continuing Care
For women in the Treasure Valley who need a higher level of care before beginning outpatient work, Renaissance Refuge operates a residential program at its Middleton ranch, a rural setting west of Boise where women live on-site and take part in a structured daily schedule of clinical therapy, 12-step work, and faith-centered community. The organization also offers sub-acute medical detox and a 60-day residential program at its Heyburn campus in southern Idaho. Across all locations, the clinical team and recovery framework remain consistent, allowing women to move through the continuum without a break in their treatment approach. The Sober Sisters alumni network extends support beyond formal programming through ongoing meetings, retreats, and free lifetime aftercare.
