Renaissance Refuge is a women-only, faith-based addiction recovery provider operating across southern Idaho. The Burley location serves the Mini-Cassia communities, including Burley, Heyburn, Rupert, and the surrounding Magic Valley region, with intensive outpatient programming and sober living for adult women in recovery. Renaissance Refuge is the women’s division of Renaissance Ranch and combines gospel-centered principles with evidence-based clinical care to treat addiction to alcohol, opioids, methamphetamine, cocaine, benzodiazepines, and prescription drugs. The facility accepts most major insurance and Medicaid.
Intensive Outpatient Program
The Burley IOP is an eight-month program designed for women stepping down from residential treatment or for those who need structured clinical support while maintaining their daily responsibilities. The program includes three group sessions per week alongside individual therapy, relapse prevention coaching, life-skills training, family support services, and aftercare planning. Faith-integrated 12-step programming is woven into the curriculum but is not required. Many women enter the IOP after completing Renaissance Refuge’s 60-day residential program at its Heyburn campus, though the Burley location also accepts women beginning their recovery at the outpatient level.
Sober Living and Alumni Support
Women’s sober living in Burley provides a drug- and alcohol-free residential environment with an on-site house manager, offering stays of three to nine months. The housing can be paired with the IOP for added structure or used on its own as a transitional step following residential care. Beyond formal programming, Renaissance Refuge maintains a Sober Sisters alumni community that connects women through weekly meetings, quarterly retreats, and annual events, with free aftercare provided for life. The clinical team and recovery philosophy remain consistent across the organization’s locations, so women moving through the continuum of care work within the same treatment framework from detox through long-term support.
