Samaritan House is a group of dedicated workers who offer their care and support through professionally certified programs. The clients at this facility are required to be chemical and drug-free at all time; they are also prompted to take part in many phases individualized treatment plans actively. This facility also offers substance abuse and mental health recovery and treatment services through their inpatient and outpatient services. Their programs include services such as individual and group counseling, life skills training, case management, relapse prevention, peer groups and family counseling and career counseling sessions. They offer all of its recovery services through an inpatient program, in which clients can get substance abuse counseling and treatment service in the on-site facility. They also offer Halfway house services as aftercare.nThe Samaritan House is an inpatient, residential, drug and alcohol addiction and dependence treatment center, detox facility, rehabilitation program, and recovery organization. The Samaritan House rehab and recovery center delivers safety and stability and abstinence for those who need a way to triumph over an addiction struggle.nThe Samaritan House Campus, housed on eight wooded acres in a secluded pocket of Annapolis, MD, is a tranquil oasis in the midst of a bustling urban area. Just minutes from downtown, the Samaritan House is tucked off the main thoroughfare of Annapolis’ Forest Drive, down a quiet, winding, tree-lined road. This serene location fosters a sense of focus for clients to participate in individual and group counseling, relapse prevention and life- skills training under the guidance of professionally trained staff.nThe main house can accommodate sixteen residents, while the transitional house has accommodations for nine. Basketball & volleyball courts, picnic tables, garden, library and a recreational room encourage activity and fellowship.nThe Samaritan House is moving forward with expansion plans to develop a comprehensive “Campus of Recovery” to accommodate the growing need for addiction recovery services.nThis rehab center is helpful and engaging to say the least. The program also offers halfway housing and aftercare options too, as well as sober living and other types of substance abuse treatment services. The Samaritan House can be paid for with self pay, or the program can be paid for with private health insurance options from American Family Health Insurance, ComPsych Health Plan PPO, The Managed Health Network, Health Net Insurance Plan, Kaiser Permanente Health Insurance, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Molina Health Insurance, Mutual Insurance of Omaha, Individual Insurance Plans, CareSource Health Care, Harvard Pilgrim Health Insurance, America’s Health Insurance, Mass Mutual Health Care, Gold Coast, and Moda Health. The Samaritan House offers aftercare services too, which are all intended to assist people in maintaining their recovery and making it lasting and permanent.
