Special Care New Visions Knox Community Hospital is a hospital-based detox program. After reviewing the website, we found that the program offers a medically supervised detox within a hospital setting. Clients generally stay for 72 hours. Individuals must be experiencing acute withdrawal from alcohol, prescription drugs, or other street drugs.

New Vision provides safe, confidential, compassionate, and reliable care with a typical stay of 72 hours for people who qualify. We serve adults that are experiencing impending or active withdrawal from alcohol, prescription medications, and other drugs in a hospital setting. Our patients come from Mount Vernon, Coshocton, & Mansfield, Ohio, and the surrounding area northeast of Columbus. The diagnosis of need for inpatient care can only be made by a licensed physician. The service accepts most insurance plans.
