Stonewall DUI Services

About this center

Stonewall DUI Services is a state-licensed DUI services agency in Phoenix, Arizona, providing DUI screening, education, and treatment to adults navigating court-ordered and MVD-mandated DUI requirements. With over 15 years of experience and thousands of clients served, the agency operates from a professional, nonjudgmental approach and delivers its full range of services from a single location in Phoenix.

DUI Screening as the Starting Point for Every Client

All Arizona DUI programs begin with a mandatory DUI screening, and Stonewall DUI Services provides both court-ordered and MVD-ordered screenings that satisfy this requirement. The screening involves a brief clinical interview assessing the individual’s substance use history and legal record, producing the determination that drives all subsequent program placement; the number of DUI education or treatment hours required is assigned based on severity and legal history as established through this process. For clients who have received an MVD Action Letter requiring an alcohol screening, Stonewall DUI Services handles the full screening and reporting process, including support for obtaining a restricted driver’s license during the 90-day suspension period.

DUI Education and Treatment From 16 to 108 Hours

Depending on the outcome of the screening, clients are assigned DUI Education or Treatment hours ranging from 16 to 108, a range that reflects the spectrum of offense severity and substance use history that Arizona’s DUI framework addresses. The 16-hour DUI Education program covers the risks and consequences of driving under the influence, designed to prevent future offenses for first-time or lower-severity cases. DUI Treatment programs at 36, 56, 72, and 108 hours address progressively more serious presentations, focusing on rehabilitation, behavior modification, and relapse prevention for clients whose history and circumstances require more than education alone. All classes are court-approved, with documentation and reporting handled by Stonewall DUI Services’ team throughout.

Court-Ordered Assessments and Ancillary Support

Beyond the standard DUI service continuum, Stonewall DUI Services provides court-ordered alcohol assessments, evaluations mandated by the court to assess a client’s alcohol or drug use history, treatment needs, and risk factors, providing the court with the information it needs to make appropriate sentencing or compliance decisions. Case management is available as ancillary support for clients with individual needs that extend beyond DUI program completion. All services are delivered with full HIPAA compliance and strict confidentiality, and the agency’s state licensing ensures that all documentation meets court and MVD regulatory standards.

A Phoenix DUI Services Agency With a Proven Track Record

For adults in Phoenix and across the metro area navigating DUI charges, MVD requirements, or court-ordered alcohol assessments, Stonewall DUI Services offers a streamlined, professionally managed DUI services experience backed by over 15 years of Arizona-specific expertise and a documented record of successful client outcomes.
