Wyoming Valley Alcohol and Drug Services Inc. offers a grand list of drug and alcohol treatment services for adults and adolescents struggling with addiction issues. This facility offers general outpatient services for the treatment of addiction for all ages; this program has an average duration of 6 months. It aims to guide the client through relapse prevention sessions, self-help groups, problem-solving sessions, and self-esteem building. This facility also offers partial hospitalization to adult and adolescent in separate programs, both of which are available through the Stepping Stone Program. This program has been designed by following the 12 principles of the Fellowship programs, which offers peer support groups such as Narcotic Anonymous and Alcoholics Anonymous. This program offers three days of intensive counselling and recreation activities each week. It also allows the client to receive intensive outpatient counsel during the six weeks of counsel. This program has been designed to offer systematic counsel in three tracks, which are available in the daytime, evening, or at night. This program also offers additional individual counselling of maximum 72 hours during the six months of recovery. Relapse prevention programs are also available to clients that have completed the counselling program; it offers support and encouragement to remain sober.
