Zion Recovery Center – Orem

Zion Recovery Center believes that addiction and dependency disorder are by-products of unresolved traumas. The unresolved mental health issues accumulate over time to push at the mental barrier of our lifestyle and incorporate as faulty coping mechanisms. These issues become a pattern of recurring disorders that feed each to produce a multitude of other health disorders. Zion does not offer an educational session or orientation sessions that waste the time of the client, rather they quickly assess and offer to counsel for the issues leading to addiction. These underlying causes are healed through therapeutic measures, while the client is offered tools to fight against the cravings. The clients utilize the tools in activities and outings that are scheduled in outpatient and inpatient recovery plans as well. They also incorporate spiritual healing by reconnecting the clients with the love of Jesus Christ through evidence-based methods.
