Is drinking or drug use being craved at specific times?
When a person is abusing drugs or alcohol on a regular basis, they will develop physical and mental cravings to these drugs. The mental cravings will dictate when a person drinks or uses drugs, and most of these instances will be at specific times. For example, when an addict who uses drugs goes out and binge drinks they will most likely end up using drugs. In other circumstances, a person using drugs will sometimes take off at specific times, as when something traumatic happens or when they are having to face a lot of responsibility.
