These can either be inpatient or outpatient drug rehab centers. Family services include counseling and therapy. There are often group support and family education programs. Understanding addiction is important and will help the family work through the problems they are struggling with. This is often the underlying issue and the old arguments between the addict and some of the family members. Some other family programs will include support for pregnant women who are addicted to drugs. It does happen where women who are addicts and become pregnant do not give up their addiction.
