Drug and Alcohol Rehab Centers with Language-Specific Services in New Hampshire

Drug treatment programs in the state of New Hampshire will include language-specific services. For example, programs in Spanish for people where English is not their first language. Spanish speaking drug treatment centers are common throughout the United States. The Spanish speaking community in New Hampshire makes up roughly only 4% of the population. However, when you contact the various rehabilitation centers in the state, you should inquire about what services are offered. Some drug rehabilitation centers help people who are deaf or hard of hearing. The client would need access to someone who knows American Sign Language. Typically, this is done through an interpreter or other methods of providing ASL. Not every drug rehabilitation center in the state will do this. Often it is done to accommodate a special case, or arrangements are made to have the proper people available to help. This is the most common barrier for someone who is deaf struggling with addiction. The proper treatment resources are not always there to help.
