The state of Florida was once known as the pain management capital of the United States, as there were and still are hundreds of different pain management clinics located all throughout the state. Other uses of the drug include administering it for moderate or acute pain, and it also has been used to treat chronic pain. Similar to methadone in some ways, a person using this drug can become dependent on it, and it is habit forming.
