Intensive Outpatient Programs for Drug & Alcohol Addiction in Virginia

Is it important that a treatment center has an accreditation?

When a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center has an accreditation, this means they are recognized by the state government, receive some type of funding, and have all the necessary clinical staff and people working there to help their clients. It is important that a drug and alcohol rehab program is accredited, but there are some drug and alcohol rehab centers who may not have an accreditation, but do offer some of the same services and treatment methods to help treat addiction.
