Montana is a mainly rural state, but that has not meant that the state has escaped the grim and harmful effects of drug and alcohol abuse and addiction. It has actually fallen prey in a big way to rural addiction problems, which usually have to do with heroin, meth, and cocaine. Substance abuse is not a permanent or constantly present condition.   • Box Elder, Montana is known for having the White Sky Hope Center’s Rocky Boy Clinic, an outpatient counseling center that offers many different types of services for those in the city and surrounding areas who suffer with addiction.
  • Anaconda, Montana is represented by the Western Montana Tri County Addictions Services facility, which treats all individuals of all ages and addictions in the area.
