Greater Bergen Community Action, The Ladder Project is a professionally staffed halfway house for homeless men. After examining the website, we found that the program established treatment strategies combined with 12-step philosophy. In addition, there are peer support and clinically-oriented counseling interventions. Clients must be men aged 18 and older and must have completed a 28-day or more extended inpatient treatment program.
