Is it best to attend Short-Term Rehabilitation far from Home rather than close to home?

It is always best to attend a drug rehabilitation center that is in another place from one's environment, rather than in it. There can be too many distractions and temptations within an addict’s current environment. Addicts can see more success if they can be in a distraction-free environment, and put all their focus and attention on their rehabilitation and treatment. This process can also help an addict transition into an effective aftercare program within a different environment.
