There are multiple detox centers and drug rehabilitation facilities in Arizona, and some of them might offer a non-12-step option within their program. Non-twelve-step in all retrospect does not incorporate traditional approaches, and this can be considered an alternative treatment plan. Behavioral programs, holistic treatment, cognitive therapy, and medication used within detox facilities are all alternatives to twelve-step programs. Many former addicts will state the success rate with these types of programs can be higher than that of a twelve-step treatment center.
