One of the problems within the field of addiction is some "referral agencies" are, in fact, owned by treatment centers to fill their beds, which is by itself misleading visitors. This is widely covered on the Internet https://theintercept.com/2017/10/17/google-search-drug-use-opioid-epidemic/.

DRS and RNT CONSULTING LLC are an independent website and call center not owned by any treatment. We are also trying to refer you to treatment that believes in good treatment practice, not rehabs that substitute an addiction with another dependency using medication. We believe that a drug-free life can be achieved. Medication can be used but only for detox purpose.

Our goal is to give you the possibility of attain a drug-free life.

Drug & Alcohol Intervention And Interventionists In North Dakota

When a drug and alcohol intervention is taking place it is important to have a drug rehabilitation center lined up and ready to go. When the addict agrees to go and get help, they must be able to leave right away and get into the drug treatment center and start their program. An addict can end up changing their mind very quickly and can decide not to go and get help. If this is the case, the family will have to fall back onto plan B, which is a tough love approach and will force the addict to make a choice of getting help or receiving no further help from their family and friends.

Did you know this about intervention?

Interventions are not always successful, and most come down to setting the bottom line with the addict. It takes a great deal of determination from the all of them to make things go right, but when successful the addicts tend to do very well in treatment.

This can be tough to do, but it is really the only way an addict will decide to get help. In some cases, an addict will not want to go at all and will accept their family not wanting to help them until they go for treatment. If this is the case, it is important that the family follows through and does not give into the addict's requests to get help other than drug and alcohol rehabilitation.

Throughout the state of North Dakota are some intervention services that can help families go through this whole process.
