Finally, the third-highest number of deaths would be Allegheny County with 78 deaths caused by alcohol-impaired driving. Another coalition that wishes to educate the public on substance abuse prevention is the Drug and Alcohol Service Providers Organization of Pennsylvania, and they also want to help make treatment services as effective as possible within the state of Pennsylvania.
