Robert “Bobby” Newman is a highly experienced and deeply compassionate drug and alcohol interventionist dedicated to helping families save the lives of their addicted loved ones. Bobby’s journey into this work is rooted in lived experience. After growing up in Southern Oklahoma, he struggled with substance abuse in his early years, including alcohol and drug use that ultimately led to legal consequences and a turning point in his life. Offered treatment instead of a federal prison sentence, Bobby entered a long-term rehabilitation program that became the foundation for his lifelong commitment to recovery.
Since completing rehab, Bobby has devoted more than two decades to the field of addiction education, intervention, and aftercare. Over the years he’s educated thousands of people, more than 100,000 youth on the dangers of drug abuse and countless families on how to effectively confront and support a loved one struggling with addiction. Today, his work focuses on structured, compassionate intervention services that break through denial, reduce resistance, and help individuals confidently begin treatment.
