Rebecca Mitchell is the Chief Advancement Officer at Adult & Teen Challenge (ATC) USA, one of the most recognized faith-based addiction recovery organizations in North America. She previously served as Center Director at the Walter Hoving Home in Garrison, New York, and brings over ten years of experience leading women’s residential centers.
What makes Rebecca’s story especially powerful is that she is herself a graduate of the Adult & Teen Challenge program, giving her a firsthand understanding of the transformation that faith-based recovery can produce.
In her current role, Rebecca coordinates fund development, addresses advancement issues, and oversees communications at ATC. She is also a leading voice in ATC’s efforts to expand its reach beyond residential programs. As ATC develops new digital tools and resources to support churches, families, and individuals navigating addiction and recovery, Rebecca has been a passionate spokesperson for the mission, emphasizing that ATC is about more than sobriety, but about introducing hope and a fuller life through faith.
