Drug Rehab Services (“us,” “we,” or “DRS”) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of our users and visitors to www.addicted.org (the “Site”) and related websites, applications, services and mobile applications provided by DRS and on/in which this Privacy Policy is posted or referenced (collectively, the “Services”). This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) covers our practices with respect to personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that we gather when you use our Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any other web service or digital service that you may be able to access through the Services or any web service or digital services of DRS’s business partners, including, without limitation, RNT Consulting LLC, each of which have data collection, storage, and use practices and policies that may differ from this Privacy Policy.

Remember that your use of the Services is at all times subject to the Agreement (as the term “Agreement” is defined in our Terms of Use), which incorporates this Privacy Policy. Any capitalized term used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning in the Agreement.

a. Personal Information We Collect Directly From You

We receive Personal Information directly from you when you voluntarily provide us with such Personal Information, including, without limitation, the following:

i. contact data (such as your name, phone number, and e-mail address);

ii. demographic data (such as your gender, your date of birth and your zip code);

iii. insurance data (such as your insurance carrier, insurance plan, member ID, group ID and payer ID);

iv. medical data (such as your medical history, your use of Healthcare Providers, and other medical and health information you choose to share with us); and

 

We may also collect additional information, which may be Personal Information, as otherwise described to you at the point of collection or pursuant to your consent. You may still access and use some of the Services if you choose not to provide us with any Personal Information, but features of the Services that require your Personal Information will not be accessible to you.

 

b. Information From Third Party Sources

Some third parties, such as our business partners and service providers, provide us with Personal Information about you, such as the following:

  • Account information for third party services – If you interact with a third-party service when using our Services, such as Facebook (e.g., Facebook Like button and social widgets), Google (e.g., Google+, +1 button, and social widgets), Twitter (e.g., Tweet button and social widgets), and YouTube (e.g., like button and social widgets), or if you share content from our Services through a third party social media service, the third party service will send us certain information about you if the third-party service and your account settings allow such sharing. This may include cookies and usage data. The information we receive will depend on the policies and your account settings with the third-party service. You understand the information transmitted to us is covered by this Privacy Policy; for example, the basic information we receive from Facebook about you.
  • Analytics – We collect analytics collected directly and Google Analytics, such as cookies and usage data.
  • Hosting and back-end infrastructure – Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides hosting and back-end infrastructure support to DRS. We may receive various types of data as specified in the privacy policy of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  • Managing support and contact requests – Salesforce Service Cloud provides support to DRS. We may receive various types of data as specified in the privacy policy of Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Information you provide to RNT Consulting LLC – By submitting your contact information through the Site, or by calling our phone line, you will be in communication with a third-party call center partner, RNT Consulting LLC. RNT Consulting LLC provides resources and potential alternatives for drug and alcohol addiction treatment centers. By submitting your contact information or calling the phone line, you will be speaking with a counselor engaged by RNT Consulting LLC, a third-party company, to help you find a potential treatment or rehabilitation facility. RNT Consulting LLC may share certain Personal Information about you to us.

 

c. Information we automatically collect when you use our Services

Some information, which may include Personal Information, is automatically collected when you use our Services, such as the following:
