DRS and RNT CONSULTING LLC are an independent website and call center not owned by any treatment. We are also trying to refer you to treatment that believes in good treatment practice, not rehabs that substitute an addiction with another dependency using medication. We believe that a drug-free life can be achieved. Medication can be used but only for detox purpose.

Our goal is to give you the possibility of attain a drug-free life.

Alcohol And Drug Rehab Treatments For Military In Texas

Within the state of Texas there numerous drug and alcohol treatment centers and facilities, which are all capable of helping military members and veterans who may be struggling with addiction.  So many of these centers are government-funded programs that will come at low-cost or no cost for addicts and their families. These programs are also covered by military insurance and other forms of health insurance that the family or addict may have.  For many members of the military, it is not always easy to ask for help, and it sometimes take some help from their families to get them into a treatment center.  The military does provide different forms of treatment and support today that are available to any member of the military who needs it.  For example, there is the Army Substance Abuse Program that is present to addicts battling addiction, and will also provide help and support for their families.

Did you know this about drug programs for military personnel?

The United States Military offers treatment and prevention programs for its members and retired members. There is no stigma attached to struggling with addiction and being in the military, as the help is offered, and the problems are being recognized.

Prevention programs are also in place to help military personnel become aware of the dangers of abusing prescription medications and alcohol.   binge Definition of the word drinking occurs quite frequently in the military among female and male service members, and can be very dangerous when mixing alcohol with prescribed medications.  The military has a zero-tolerance policy for illicit drugs and does conduct random and frequent drug screenings, but it is not necessarily illicit drugs that become the problem for service members.  It is typically prescribed medications that cause the most addiction problems, especially for active-duty members who have returned from active duty over seas and are prescribed different medications for pain management and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders.
