Transitional Housing Programs for Drug & Alcohol Addiction in Montana

Any type of transition home in the state of Montana, will be a temporary housing option for someone who is homeless, or homeless and still working. There are many circumstances that can lead someone to become homeless, and in numerous circumstances, it is because of addiction. When you are homeless, you may end up in a shelter, and have the opportunity to be referred to a transition home. During your stay at a transition home, you will typically work with a caseworker to help achieve your goals and be able to afford new housing. Much of the permanent housing that someone is going to, is affordable housing complexes. Transitional homes often have direct links to affordable housing programs, and this is where you can begin to rebuild your life. There are also transition homes for teens and young adults, where they continue to go to school, learn valuable skills, and make a transition into affordable housing.
