Members of the United States Military living in New Jersey can become addicted to drugs, whether they are legal or illegal substances. When this happens, many active-duty service members will rely on their health insurance. Healthcare is provided through the Military Health System, and Tricare is the civilian organization that delivers health insurance policies for active-duty service members and retirees. Some of the health insurance plans can help pay for treatment in New Jersey. Within the state will be some drug and alcohol rehabilitation facilities that will take Tricare health insurance.
