Last updated: 05 November 2021

Opioids in Utah continue to be a major cause of fatal and non-fatal drug overdose. An addiction assessment or evaluation service in Utah will help you find a drug detox program and drug rehab program for your opioid addiction. Addiction professionals with Addicted.org can offer the initial evaluation and refer you to further assessment services. Substance use treatment programs in Utah should meet your treatment needs. No one form of drug rehabilitation is suitable for every person.

Will my family have to be with during a clinical assessment?

Not necessarily, only if the patient is requesting their family is with them, and in some cases, a qualified clinician can determine what type of family history is there. It is not uncommon that family relationships may be broken or severely damaged, and the patient will be uncomfortable with having them there during the assessment.
