Substance abuse and addiction impact many families in the state of Vermont, and most will have to rely on health insurance to cover some or all the cost of treatment. Cigna healthcare plans for addiction treatment will help families or individuals in Vermont who have their policies. There are different policies for addiction treatment, some of them will cover more than others, and it is best if a policyholder in Vermont checks with Cigna to see what will be covered by their health insurance. Because of the high costs involved with private drug and alcohol treatment, many families in Vermont will utilize their health insurance plans to help offset some of the costs. Struggling with drug and alcohol addiction is difficult, and it can be tough to scrape money together to have to pay for treatment for a loved one battling an addiction.
