Milestones Family Recovery Program Women’s Residential

Milestones Family Recovery provides specialized residential treatment to women through their Women’s Residential Program. This residential facility offers recovery treatment to twelve clients at a time. The recovery home provides treatment in a supportive and sober environment; it has been designed to help the clients become comfortable enough to seek true recovery. They offer a family-oriented mid-sized community, which promotes well-being and behavior in a structured environment. They offer peer support, stress reductions, and group involvement services to the clients to improve their social skills. They also offer medication, recreational and 12-step support groups to the women under their care; it dramatically reduces the stress of recovery. Their approach to therapy blends evidence-based practices and traditional recovery approaches. It allows the client to stay in touch with their close friends and family during counsel as well. They also offer mindfulness and relationship skill counselling through the group counselling sessions, which allows them to become more stable. They also offer outpatient counselling to those women that cannot leave their homes; this counselling is available as a general outpatient service and intensive outpatient service.
