Who Answers?

Calls to the website’s main helpline are answered by Wert Inc., a call center that specializes in helping individuals and families across the United States find resources for substance use disorder.

Addicted.org and Wert Inc. do not own any rehab or addiction services. This means our helpline can provide completely independent and unbiased advice to help you find the rehab service most suitable for you or your loved one.

Please note that if you are calling from California, your call will be answered by Alli Intervention, an intervention service based in California. However, when calling the helpline, you are under no obligation to use any of their services.

Our helpline comes at no cost to the caller and offers complete confidentiality.

You can also browse our comprehensive list of addiction treatments by state by visiting our homepage. Don’t hesitate to reach out by calling our helpline or filling out our contact form if you need help finding the right rehab center or detox program. About this center

New Convictions Recovery provides outpatient addiction counseling services in Hawthorne, Northern New Jersey, offering structured support for adults whose substance use, including alcohol, drugs, or compulsive behaviors, has started to disrupt daily life, relationships, or emotional well-being. The program delivers therapy and recovery-focused clinical care in an outpatient environment, enabling clients to work on addiction while continuing to participate in work, family, and community responsibilities.

Holistic Outpatient Support for Substance and Behavioral Challenges

The Northern New Jersey location offers individual and family counseling for a broad spectrum of concerns, including alcohol and drug use as well as behavioral addictions such as gambling, pornography, sex, gaming, and food-related issues. Rather than requiring residential treatment, services are structured to promote recovery alongside everyday commitments, helping individuals develop coping tools, relapse prevention skills, and stronger emotional regulation within their home and professional lives.

Evidence-Informed Therapy and Personalized Planning

At the Hawthorne office, therapy centers on individualized treatment planning and evidence-informed methods tailored to each client’s unique situation. By combining clinical expertise with compassionate support, sessions focus on encouraging lasting behavioral change through identifying root triggers, building resilience, and reinforcing daily practices that support long-term stability.

Support That Connects to Broader Recovery Resources

Beyond primary counseling services, New Convictions Recovery assists clients in accessing additional supports when appropriate, including referrals to higher levels of care or specialized treatment programs. This coordinated approach helps ensure that each person’s recovery path aligns with their progress and life circumstances, making it a practical option for adults seeking structured outpatient care in Northern New Jersey.
